Peter Holmberg, born in 1961, is since 1995 the owner of the plastics manufacturing company - Q-Plast AB. Before 1995 he was Chief of Production at Teknoplast AB and ABO-verken AB, five years in each company. Peter owns no shares in HVR.

Vinat Chand, born in 1945 and Master of Science from the London School of Economics, 1968. Advisor in market and strategic issues for international organizations and private companies. Vinay owns 32 800 B-shares in HVR.
